During the age of faith the entire credit, arena and source for intelligence was nature or God. People gazed into the sky, breathed, heard, sensed and then had the experience of revelation. Revelations often overwhelmed them and they felt that God granted them the wonderful glimpse and sensation. Many spent their lives in lush nature away from the world, trying every method to understand the ultimate or basic truth. Study was partnership with or disciple-ship to nature. Nature was God, sacred, source of everything. In Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism, every living form was sacred, divinely and a source of revelation. Thinking was mainly breathing. People, breathed, smelt, sensed, perceived, understood, communicated, interacted teaming up with nature, with nature dealt with very tenderly and sacredly. Lush nature or God certainly gave wonderful happiness, enchantment and rapture in return for the devotional observation. Understanding did not need any special effort. It flowed in with breathing. No one needed any University Degree to be qualified to think and discuss. Thinking by breathing was carried out with one's complete body and with nature as one's own macro body. Empathy for nature created real physical pain when nature was wounded. In fact Human nature was part of nature. Winds entered organisms and coordinated by the method of breathing---inhaling and exhaling. Analysis and experience can never happen at the same time. People experienced continuously and they just did not have time to analyze. Today analysis is education. It is called the scientific method. The work of analysis is given exclusively to the Brain. And the Brain unable to do that work is handing over the analysis, and revelations to machines.Idustrialisation have been creating the mechanized macro body. The entire flora and fauna is being removed to make way for industries. Breathing is stunted, polluted, poisoned and breathing today is no longer the direct flow of understanding. Understanding is a very laborious process, with the need to build concepts that connect. Life as a Divorcee to nature is really difficult to live on and in nature. The clear fact is thought lost its habitat thanks to science and has become the refugee in the Brain. Today there is a debate, whether there is any God? Because we are eliminating nature and certainly God is becoming extinct. |
