If happened in India as same situation by worst leader ship then could be understand people that cow is mother dog is father but rest of world eating both them for living. Indian people still  learning now after 21th century generation required.

If this is going to be the state of affairs why to have world leaders; world bodies; UNESCO, SECURITY COUNCIL ETC., ETC.,

The world should become more and more beautiful place to live.  But we have only impotent world leaders and useless world bodies to meet and discuss world peace and do nothing about it.
