The inmate has to First  choose the type of Accommodation they want ; either Villa or Apartment.. For Villa Type Accommodation , the Rent is 1. 2 lakh per Annum and for Apartment , it is 1.5 lakh per Annum. You will have to make a down payment of 10 years Rent as Advance. On completion of 10 years stay, you have to make another Advance payment of 5 years Rental. There after there is no Rental for the rest of your stay at the Facility. Spouce can continue in the accommodation even after the death of any one. Pro - rata  Refund will be made to the Nominee in case of any outstanding Balance. This is to be paid  to me (Promoter / Owner ) at the time of leasing the Accommodation . Registration Fees on Lease agreement shall be on your account. 

 Apart from the rental, all Occupants are to pay ONE share of the Total expenses on Food, water and Electricity Charges in common areas , Staff Salary and a small Maintenance Charge, which may come to between 10 and 15 thousand per month. This is to be paid to the Association on a monthly basis. There is separate meter in each Dwelling unit. Your individual consumption is on your account.  If you engage a Home Nurse / Nursing Asst. The expenses on their Salary and Food will be on your Account. A Security deposit of Rs. 100000/- is to be made with the Association at the time of Occupation.
