AWESOME STUFF!!!Dave Carroll, a Canadian musician from Halifax, Canada,recently had difficulty with United Airlines. He spent over 9 monthstrying to get United to pay for damages caused bybaggage handlers to his custom Taylor guitar.During his final exchange with the United's Customer Relations Manager,he stated that he was left with no choice other than to create amusic video for YouTube exposing their lack of co-operation.The manager responded, "Good luck with that one, pal."Dave he posted a retaliatory video on YouTube.The video has since received over 6 million hits!United Airlines contacted Dave and attempted settlement inexchange for pulling the video off YouTube. Naturally,Dave's response was, "Good luck with that one, pal."Icing on the cake: Taylor Guitars sent Dave two new custom guitarsin appreciation for the product recognition from the video thathas led to a sharp increase in orders.Enjoy the video:
