Constitute, New Online Tool For Exploring the World's Constitutions

Constitute is a new website for comparing and searching the constitutions of nearly every nation on earth. A user can search by topic ("freedom of expression"), region, or time-frame. Constitute's creators at the Comparative Constitutions Project built the site as a tool for people involved in drafting and revising constitutions—as the Official Google Blog points out, every year approximately 5 constitutions are written and 20 to 30 are revised. Constitute was created with a seed grant from Google Ideas.

Teaching is not a lost art, but the regard for it is a lost tradition.

The test and the use of man's education is that he finds pleasure in the exercise of his mind.

It is possible to store the mind with a million facts and still be entirely uneducated.

Education is not the filling of a bucket, but the lighting of a fire.
