കൊലാലംപുര്‍ : മലേഷ്യന്‍ വിമാനം കാണാതെയായിട്ട് രണ്ടാഴ്ച. തിരച്ചില്‍ തുടരുന്നു. കാണാതായ വിമാനത്തിനായി ഉപഗ്രഹചിത്രങ്ങളെ അടിസ്ഥാനമാക്കി നടത്തിയ തിരച്ചില്‍ രണ്ടാംദിവസമായ വെള്ളിയാഴ്ചയും വിഫലമായി. മാര്‍ച്ച് എട്ടിനാണ് 239 പേരുമായി വിമാനം കാണാതായത്. ശനിയാഴ്ച കൂടുതല്‍ സന്നാഹങ്ങളോടെ തിരച്ചില്‍ തുടരുമെന്ന് ഓസ്‌ട്രേലിയന്‍ അധികൃതര്‍ വ്യക്തമാക്കി.
ഓസ്‌ട്രേലിയയിലെ പെര്‍ത്തില്‍ നിന്ന് 2,500 കി.മീ. അകലെ ഇന്ത്യന്‍ മഹാസമുദ്രത്തിന്റെ തെക്ക് ഭാഗത്ത് വിമാനഭാഗങ്ങളെന്ന് കരുതുന്ന ഭാഗങ്ങള്‍ കണ്ടെത്തിയെന്ന് കഴിഞ്ഞ ദിവസം ഓസ്‌ട്രേലിയ വെളിപ്പെടുത്തിയിരുന്നു. ഉപഗ്രഹചിത്രങ്ങളും അവര്‍ ഹാജരാക്കി. എന്നാല്‍, തിരച്ചില്‍ സംഘത്തിന് അവ കണ്ടെത്താനായില്ല. മാര്‍ച്ച് 16-നാണ് ഉപഗ്രഹങ്ങള്‍ ചിത്രങ്ങള്‍ പകര്‍ത്തിയതെന്നും അവശിഷ്ടങ്ങള്‍ കടലില്‍ താഴ്ന്നിട്ടുണ്ടാവുമെന്നും ഓസ്‌ട്രേലിയന്‍ ഉപപ്രധാനമന്ത്രി വാറന്‍ ട്രസ്സ് വെള്ളിയാഴ്ച അഭിപ്രായപ്പെട്ടു. ഈ പ്രദേശത്തെ കടല്‍ അപകടം നിറഞ്ഞതാണെന്നും തിരച്ചില്‍ അനായാസമല്ലെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു.
അഞ്ച് വിമാനങ്ങളാണ് വെള്ളിയാഴ്ച തിരച്ചില്‍ നടത്തിയത്. കൂടുതല്‍ വിമാനങ്ങളും കപ്പലുകളും അടുത്ത ദിവസങ്ങളില്‍ പ്രദേശത്ത് തിരച്ചിലില്‍ പങ്കുചേരും. ഓസ്‌ട്രേലിയയുടെ പടക്കപ്പല്‍ 'സക്‌സസ്' ഈ ഭാഗത്തേക്ക് പുറപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുണ്ട്. കരയില്‍ നിന്ന് വളരെ അകലെയായതിനാല്‍ ദിവസം രണ്ട് മണിക്കൂറിലധികം തിരച്ചില്‍ നടത്താന്‍ വിമാനങ്ങള്‍ക്കാവുന്നില്ല. കരയില്‍ നിന്ന് നാല് മണിക്കൂറിലേറെ പറന്നാല്‍ മാത്രമേ പ്രദേശത്തെത്തൂ.
അതേസമയം, വിമാനം ഒടുവില്‍ സൈനികറഡാറിന്റെ ദൃഷ്ടിയില്‍ പെട്ട അന്തമാന്‍ ഭാഗത്ത് തിരച്ചില്‍ ഇപ്പോഴും തുടരുകയാണ്. നാല് യുദ്ധക്കപ്പലുകളും ഒരു വിമാനവും ഇവിടത്തെ തിരച്ചിലില്‍ പങ്കുചേരുമെന്ന് നാവികസേനാ വക്താവ് ക്യാപ്റ്റന്‍ ഡി.കെ. ശര്‍മ വ്യക്തമാക്കി. ഉപഗ്രഹചിത്ര വിവരപ്രകാരം തിരച്ചില്‍ നടത്തുന്ന മേഖലയിലേക്കും ഇന്ത്യന്‍ വിമാനങ്ങള്‍ അയച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.
