Women's Day is observed on March 8. It serves as a celebration of women in China and a remembrance of their struggle for rights. Women are rewarded with a half-workday, and it is common for husbands and children to spoil women on Women's Day.
MESSAGE IN HONOUR OF WOMEN
As a baby or child she is always the joy of the family.
As a teenager she learns from her mother the chores of home and the lucky ones get educated.
As a woman she is a thinking person and understands the world choosing an apt career.
As a wife she is the support for her man and the home manager.
As a mother she is integral in bringing up children.
As an elder she is the pacifier and mentor for keeping the family together.
No celebration at home is complete without the women of the home.
AND as a great philosopher has said, “When you educate a child- you educate an individual, but when you educate a woman- the whole family gets educated ”.
The people I'm furious with are the women's liberationists. They keep getting up on soapboxes and proclaiming women are brighter than men. That's true, but it should be kept quiet or it ruins the whole racket. (quoted by~Anita Loos.) And to this melee these liberationists are the cause for greater divorces happening in the free society.
