A photograph from Deepika of 90 year old Raghavan who has been killed by stray dogs is attached for Maneka Gandhi Gandhi and the other dog lovers to see. This photograph is asking Maneka Gandhi, whether your sympathy is for the mad dogs who killed me or for the persons like me who have been brutally killed, injured and afflicted by rabies by these dogs.
Do not allow the death of this grand old man go waste, please circulate this photograph and arouse public conscience against the protectors of the mad dogs and force the Govt. to eliminate the menace of the stray dogs from the country.
