A man known only as Tan was arrested after the ceiling in his flat
collapsed revealing a cache of stolen lingerie. Tan was
reported to have mental health issues.
Approx 2000 bras and panties were discovered all stolen
from families in the complex where he lived. Women had
reported items missing but had no idea how or what became of them.
