We have missed the main issue, after we have messed up everything. I will give one example. We have destroyed the primary education in our country In posting, promotion, transfer of teachers the school inspectors have a minor role. politicians decide everything on all matters. . Unless politicians are barred from sports arena  we will go down to zero politicians will continue to interfere in all sports matter.

So far we have won only one silver and one bronze medal in Rio Olympics. Huge debates are going on dismal performance of Indian Players.

Few Possible Reasons behind Failure:

1.  Poor Infrastructure for Sports

2. Lack of Fund

3. Non-Availability of World-class Coaches

4. Lack of required funds

5. Poor sports management

6. Inefficient sports federation and other authorities of various games

7. Lack of sportsmanship among Indians

8. Indians lack in Physique and Food supplement.

 

Few Possible Solutions:

1. Separate strategy and fund for Olympics

2. Focus on games only where we are strong not on all the games

3. Complete 4 year preparation

4. Separate committee for Olympics managed by senior and retired sportspersons only

5. Specific pool of players selected after national trial

6. Various Policies to encourages youngsters to opt sports as career
