[ ::: ♥Keep_Mailing♥ ::: ]™ 5 fingers for relaxation

We are able to restore the proper flow of Ki through pressing each finger on our hands as all of the meridians end on a corresponding finger. While you breathe deeply and calmly, press on the tip of the finger with your thumb and index finger of the opposite hand and stay like that for 5 minutes.

We will show you which finger correlates with each organ, emotions, and physical symptoms:

– Thumb – spleen and stomach – depression, anxiety and nervousness – stomach pain, cramps, and indigestion;

– Index finger – bladder and kidneys – insecurity, confusion, fear, and disappointment – urinary tract disorders, toothache, muscle aches;

– Middle finger – gallbladder and liver – anger, indecision and irritability – menstrual irregularities, vision issues, skin issues, fatigue, migraines, frontal headaches;

– Ring finger – large intestine and lungs – grief and sadness – asthma, ringing in ears, frequent sickness, and bronchitis;

– Small finger – small intestine and heart – anxiety, nervousness, and a lack of self-confidence –bone disorders, infections and heart disease.

You can relax and harmonize the whole body with a full massage on all the fingers. If you feel pain in a certain spot, then it usually denotes that there is stagnation of Ki in that area, thus it has to be pressed. This method has been used by Jean Shin Jyutsu in order to facilitate healing on physical and emotional levels and promoting general well-being.
