Subjectivity is the emotional identification of the observer with the subject matter and participating and interacting with the subject matter in perception flow. In subjectivity observation is automatically participation with the subject matter. One's emotional intelligence and emotional identification continuously extends and enlarges until one becomes the macro body-Gaia. One starts with the basic knowledge that one is part of the planet earth, the emotional Gaia, where every organism of the Biosphere is emotional and not mechanical and jaded. An organism is an extension of one's self, the emotional extension.
Objectivity and objectification or relationship with all emotions removed, is the opposite of study via emotional intelligence. One of the stock complaints of ladies is that they are portrayed and treated as objects and are objectified. But is objectification of the Biosphere, nature itself, and treating it mechanically without emotions great to be glorified as the scientific approach. After the opening up of the Americas after 1492 by Columbus, the native Indians were horrified when the Europeans started destroying forests to make way for Sugar, Tobacco and other farms. For them nature was God that interacts continuously that winds were conversations with God. They conversed continuously with God by breathing, inhaling, exhaling, smelling, sensing, and perceiving the messages from the air as the messages from God. God was an incontestable fact to them.
Subjective approach is the emotional approach to the subject matter where one interacts with the relating subject matter. Objective approach is the approach where the subject matter has no emotional existence and the observer has the license, to use, abuse and destroy.
Subjectivity ultimately is Theism and objectivity is ultimately Atheism.
