In my knowledge in this world if all Muslim properly follow HARAM HALAL according to Islam law nobody will be poor man.99%people do not pay 100% zakat.
Dont think about Zakat--------
If any people get back his daily hard work payment properly then also nobody will be unhappy or fighting, or quarrel in this world.
Example any co beginning was there 20nos workers. now that is 2000 workers and very big amount out put. Please tell me if this co 10million dollar profit getting monthly. So that profit all worker will get back as per percentage with managers or only staff and management decided people. What is saying our Islam Law? So what about all are co in this world. am I right?
