The facility I planned to create here is intended for bringing together couples like us, who have retired from different spheres of employment and whose children are away , busy with their own career . Once established , staffed and made operational by me, it will be a Self Help Group of similar ethnic / cultural background , managed by inmates elected / nominated from among-st the group members. I will also be a member of the community like the rest of the Members.
The Infrastructure and other common amenities will be on Rental for life and recurring expenses like staff salary, food expenses, water & Electricity charges , will be on No profit No loss basis, equally shared by all living in members.
The initial phase will consist of 8 Single story Duplex Villas( each of 418 sft , fully furnished Luxury Apartment ) to accommodate 16 families and one for ourselves. In addition to this there will be 5 Suites for Single Senior Citizens All other relevant details are available in detail in our Web Site . The Project is scheduled to be completed on 31st December , 2015
