What Does Quality Of Life Mean
If we want to improve the quality of our life, we have to know what "quality of life" is. Perceptions of this differs from person to person. There are a lot of things in this world to acquire, but most people in general want health,wealth, love and happiness. But all of us seem to believe only in health and wealth without any care for your fellow-beings. This doesn't mean you have to help by giving in cash or kind ----even a smile with some pleasing words at the apt time helps, which results in true happiness.
When you are happy, your mind is in a good mood. You are more charming and attractive to others.You can take care of yourself and get more energy and enthusiasm.Your body boosts the immune system and speeds up the healing in you and good positive thoughts come to mind.
Your decisions must be better that benefit others and you. This lead you to be more successful in your business and you become more productive.
So this is how health,wealth and love brings you happiness, BUT it is definitely not the other way round.
